Our holiday-farm is situated near the exit of the SS1, immersed in the countryside of Castagneto Carducci, right behind the secular pine wood and only 2 km. away from the sandy beach of Marina di Castagneto. It consists of a farmhouse, completely renovated with 8 two-room-apartments. On our land we produce a fragrant "extra-virgin" olive oil and sweet fruits, such as peaches, apricots and plums.

Our 8 two-room-apartments are situated in a colonial house, which has been completely renovated. The furnishing of each apartment has been taken in care from the owner and varies from country-style to modern, from rustic to classical. The warm shades of the walls and the eye for detail give the rooms personality and make the apartments cosy and unique. The apartments can accommodate up to 4 persons and are furnished with: - fully fitted kitchenette, - microwave, - dishwasher, - fridge-freezer, - air-conditioning, - plasma-satellite TV, - safe The apartments on the ground floor overlook the garden and have their entrance through the garden and are equipped with covered terrace, table, chairs and drying rack. The apartments on the first floor have a characteristic timber ceiling and have large windows letting in all the sunlight of the Tuscan sun! So our Guests can freely enjoy the garden, the common open space.

Services Agritourisme

Relax around our marvellous swimming pool set in a spectacular, spacious garden. The pool has a deep and shallow end so our younger Guests can paddle in all safety and play while their parents relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. At your disposal also a playground for your children! And in the months of June, July and August all our Guests are invited to our winery Fattoria Casa di Terra for a guided tour and a tasting of our Bolgheri DOC Wines!

Description Du Domaine (Castagneto Carducci)

You can visit the medieval villages of the Etruscan Coast, situated on the rolling hills overlooking the sea, or immersed in the countryside (Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri, Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima). The Livorno-Piombino area is uninterruptedly surrounded for more than 90km by a clear emerald green to intense blue sea, awarded the ‘Blue Flag’ by the European Union together with the coastal towns for the quality of the seawater and of the facilities. Children will certainly have great fun in the various amusement parks like ‘Il Cavallino Matto’ at Marina di Castagneto or at the ‘Gallorose’ park in Cecina.
