Our Agriturismo is situated on top of Souhern-Tuscany's hills, in the sunny Val d'Orcia and within a short distance from Pienza. Our farmhouse is made up of two independent apartments with private garden. They can be rented by either families or small groups of friends. The Agriturismo is sorrounded by a large garden (or farmyard) from where you can enjoy the wonderful view over the valley, the secular oak woods or the surrounding medieval towns rich in history and art. All of which can be easily reached within a few minutes by car, bike or even walking, for those who love hiking.

- Apartment La Quercia La Quercia is the largest apartment of our recently-renovated farmhouse. Ideal for 6 people, this apartment can also be rented on request to a lower number of people or even to couples. The kitchen and bedrooms are decorated with the farmhouse's original furnishings. Also the large fireplace, the floor in terracotta tiles and the wooden beams respect the traditional Tuscan style. In the garden you will find a garden table where to enjoy your outdoor meals. Relax afterwards on the garden deckchairs, sunbeds and hammocks under the shadow of the big oak trees.

Services Agritourisme

Our rates include a self-catering breakfast pack which our guests can enjoy during their stay. The rates also include bed and bath linen, energy, water and gas consumption, the use of the kitchen, TV sat, heating and wood for the fireplace. Free Internet Wireless Pets are welcome only with advance notice. Under request, you can buy the oil we produce in our farmhouse following the old traditional process of cold pressing of olives. We don't accept credit cards. The Agriturismo provides its guests with six mountain-bikes, a barbecue to use in the summertime and an old outdoor wood stove (to be used by experienced guests). We will supply you with firewood for the barbecue and wood stove.

Farmhouse Agriturismo "Torrenieri " is at a short distance from the main tourist attractions of Siena and its surroundings. For instance, unique points of interest regarding art, culture and gastronomy are Pienza (4km far), Montepulciano (16km far), Montalcino (20km far), Siena (50km far) and many other less well-known, fascinating medieval towns which are definitely worth a visit. For the lovers of nature and wonderful views, the area is rich in beautiful landscapes, natural reserves, trekking and mountain-bike paths. Our territory is part of the Val d 'Orcia Natural Artistic and Cultural Park at the foot of Amiata Mountain, an extinguished volcano which provides hot-water springs to the nearby Thermal Baths: Bagno Vignoni, San Filippo, San Casciano Bagni, Chianciano Terme, Rapolano.
