Ingredients:
For the dough: 250 g 00 flour, 250 g manitoba flour, 1 dose brewer’s yeast, wine 100 g
Condiment and stuffing: 2 eggs, bits of sausage, 1 sliced onion or leek, 1 chopped half cooked bell pepper, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper

Put half of the flours with the ingredients for the dough and mix very well together, leaving it leaven for 1 hour.

After that, add the remaining flours, the condiment and the stuffing.

If it seems too wet add flour enough to mix everything.

Let rise until the volume doubles  then put in the oven at 180 degrees.

Excellent with appetizers.
