Ingredients:
– 300 grams of dried beef
– 60 grams of arugula
– 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
– pepper

Preparation:
– Wash the arugula leaves.
– In a bowl, mix the tablespoons of oil, a teaspoon of lemon juice and a sprinkling of pepper.

– Brush the dried beefs with this mix and put the arugula
– Roll the slices to form a roll and stop it with a toothpick.
