Casa Neri is the right spot for those who love Tuscan Maremma and it means going on a perfect holiday since it offers the ideal accommodation at two locations, immersed among the scents and landscapes of this charming land. Il Camillesco, located in the hills of Monte Sassoforte, and Fattoria Il Poggio, situated in the open country along river Ombrone, are just a few minutes away from the beach. Both locations distinguish themselves by the family's warm welcome and the ideal surrounding spaces which offer never-ending relaxing moments. IL POGGIO Among the green hills of Maremma and overlooking the river Ombrone stands the farm "Il Poggio". This 17th century building is situated at 10 minutes from the splendid sea of Marina di Grosseto and Marina di Alberese, which are reachable crossing the Parco Naturale della Maremma. The farm is located in the centre of the Etruscan- Roman archaeological area. FARMHOUSE CAMILLESCO The "Agriturismo Camillesco" is situated at 700 meters above sea level ,immersed in a park of age-old chestnuts. This farm holidays is the ideal place to relax in total harmony with nature. The short distance (about I km) from the little village of Sassofortino assures an absolute peacefulness and also the possibility to use the essential facilities. Our guests can enjoy "sun baths" in the wide surrounding park, long walks across the green (excellent activities to restore the mind and the body) and get to the top of Mount Sassoforte nearby the house, on which you can find the ruins of an old Aldobrandesco Castle.

IL POGGIO It consists of a 90 square meters apartment which is made up of one kitchen, a very spacious hall (provided with a divan bed) and a double room with the possibility to add two extra beds. You can enjoy excursions, relaxing walks and mountain bike rides through the suggestive olive grove till you reach the river bank. Characterized by a welcoming atmosphere and cordiality , the family- run farm "Il Poggio" will offer you various typical products of the Maremma area such as milk, cheese and extra virgin olive oil. FARMHOUSE IL CAMILLESCO The cottage consists of a two double rooms apartment ( there is the possibility to add one bed ), one bathroom and a large living room which has a big chimney. Small pets are allowed. SUpon request it is also possible to taste and buy typical natural products made in our farm.

Both Camillesco and Fattoria il Poggio are the ideal locations for those who wish to stay at a relaxing place and visit the whole Tuscan Maremma. Fattoria il Poggio is just a few minutes away from Parco Regionale della Maremma (Regional Park of Maremma) with its trekking trails and uncontaminated flora and wildlife. It is also just a few kilometers away from Marina di Grosseto and Marina di Alberese which are known throughout the world for their blue flag beaches. Instead, Il Camillesco is close to Roccastrada and other renowned Medieval villages. Don't miss nearby Massa Marittina with its balestro del Girifalco (an event on the use of crossbows recalling medieval times), Lago dell'Accesa (lake) and Colline Metallifere (in Italian: Metal-bearing hills). Just a little further, but which can always be reached in just a few minutes, is Follonica and Golfo del Sole.
