The farm extends over an area of about 50 hectares many of which are covered by vineyards, the rest by cereals, while in a small proportion are produced organic fruits and vegetables. Some of the estate's ancient buildings have been completely restored and subdivided into elegant and comfortable apartments preserving the charm of a typical umbrian house, such as brick, stone and wooden beams. The apartments are surrounded by a large garden with swimming pool overlooking a picturesque hilly landscape made of vineyards, olive trees, sunflowers and woods.
