This 17 th century country house is placedright in the heart of the Po Delta, next to the main branch of the river Po. This fascinating mixture of peaceful country side, fertile farmlands, salty and fresh waters, now belongs to the regional park called "Parco del Delta del Po. Ca'Zen now offers bed and breakfast. Delicious breakfasts based on homemade products are served beautifully in the dining room or in the garden, or on the beautiful brick "aia", which in the old days was used for drying out crops. In the evening, after a long day spent sightseeing, or doing sports or excursions in the Po Delta Park, our guests may relax in their own private drawing room, and read a book next to a roaring wood fire. For dinner, we will be happy to suggest all the best local fish and meat restaurants. Fish is cocked beautifully in the Delta, and is one of the highlights of the region. Ca'Zen now offers bed and breakfast, as well as reception roomsand garden, which make a perfect setting for wedding celebrations, parties and concerts.

Since it has been turned into a park, the species of birds have increased immensly. The Po Valley is a fascinating mixture of wetlands, lagoons, canals, sea and rich agricultural areas, laboriously reclamed by man over the last 150 years.
The beaches on the Adriatic sea are only 20 minutes from Ca 'Zen.
