The Farm has been carefully refurbished in respect of the ancient structure with its massive wooden beams, maintaining the simple, rustic atmosphere of the past. It is positioned in the middle of the area where the famous Bianco di Custoza wine is produced, in a perfect climatic and geological position for the vineyards, also linked to the its proximity to Lake Garda. The grapes produced by the vineyards surrounding the farmhouse are processed personally by the owners of the farm, following techniques which combine the ancient tradition with modeinnovation maintaining the full quality of the result.

The 4 one-room apartments are composed of a with bed linen, bath towels and basic cooking equipment. They are fully furnished and care is given to every detail to maintain the traditional style and atmosphere. They all have TV, mini-bar, air conditioning and heating, bathroom with shower, a safe deposit box and a hairdryer. Every one-room apartment is different from the others; the furniture is handmade by craftsmen, with carefully chosen matching accessories. The Farm-Hotel of the Grippi family has 9 rooms. They have antique furniture of the Veneto style, wrought iron bedsteads, and with special attention given to details. The rooms all have bath with shower, TV, safe deposit box, air conditioning and heating, and mini-bar. If you want romance and privacy, the Grippi family’s Farm-Hotel is the place for you. The Farm-Hotel offers a splendid swimming pool surrounded by a large lawn, set amidst the vineyards surrounding the house; it is open to the Farm guests and to all others who come to enjoy the delicious local food and fine wines. Use of the swimming pool is free, of course, to those staying at the Farm.

Alrededores (Sona)

The Farm is in a strategic position, in easy reach of the historic city centre of Verona where you can admire the beautiful architectonic and artistic monuments as well as the opera and theatre appointments. It is also very easy to reach the splendid Lake Garda, with its beautiful landscape, its enchanting small harbours and olive groves. A few minutes by car takes you to the magical world of Gardaland, and to the Caneva aqua park. It is also possible to visit the Sigurtà Garden-Park from the Farm: it is one of the most beautiful garden-parks in the world, stretching across more than 120 acres covered with meadows, flowers and centuries old trees. It is also near Mantua, with its splendid palaces and arches. The history-nature tour is also to be recommended, to visit the places where the battles for national independence were fought: Solferino, San Martino della Battaglia, Villafranca di Verona, Custoza.
