In our farm house it is possible to taste all the vegetable and fruit products, the Quarantine potatoes, berries, rose syrup, prepared according to the old traditional recipe, jams of fruit and fresh flowers, rose honey, aromatic waters, vinegars and liqueurs. I have numerous good memories as often we unsaturated with them a relationship of friendship and many times in the evening I chat with them for hours.
Which is your greatest satisfaction about your activity?
Surely the greatest satisfaction is seeing the happiness of the guests, the fact that they appreciate the place where we are, and see that we are able to pass our enthusiasm to them. In fact, something that we care a lot about, is passing the love for our territory and this way of life also through environmental sustainability.
