The farmhouse is located on Colle San Bartolo, a position that offers enchanting views over the entire Misa and Nevola Valleys, rich in fortresses and medieval villages, and over the ancient village of "Corinaldo", an extraordinary example of military architecture awarded the Orange Flag, the Green Flag, membership of the exclusive club of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy and the prestigious EDEN "European Destination of Excellence" recognition.
The country house is offered exclusively as a holiday home rental with exclusive use of the entire property (rental only, not shared with other guests). For this solution, the country house is divided as follows: - on the ground floor a spacious living area with access to the terrace, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and guest bathroom; - on the first floor 3 double bedrooms with double beds for 6 beds total; each bedroom has a private bathroom with shower and air conditioning with independent control (in two bedrooms an additional standard single bed is added to comfortably accommodate 8 beds); - spacious terrace of approximately 100 sqm, partly covered, with outdoor table and chairs and barbecue; - swimming pool equipped with loungers and umbrellas; - large panoramic garden; - covered private parking.
The rental price includes all services: swimming pool, garden, barbecue, private car parking, utilities, bed and bath linens with weekly changes, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), air conditioning with independent room controls, wi-fi connection, final cleaning and sanitization (garden and pool maintenance is handled directly by the property).
