Typical country house from the restoration of an ancient farmhouse a small residential group comprising just 9 apartments for holiday purposes has recently been created and is set in 44 ha of grounds delimited by a small forest at the bottom of the Arno valley; in the great garden ours pool, barbecue, chairs and table; around the silent and the green. Just 3.7 km away the village of Levane (various shops), 8 km Montevarchi (railway station from where in abt. 35 minutes you can reach Florence’s central station which itself is just a few hundred metres from the cathedral), 25 km Arezzo (an important Medieval city and which is also renowned on account of its artisan industry in crafting gold), abt. 40 km from the area of Pratomagno (Poppi, Chiusi della Verna, Bibbiena, etc.). Within a 30 km radius the most exclusive areas of the famous Chianti Classico full of prestigious agricultural estates and famous villages such as Radda, Gaiole, Greve and the Castle of Brolio. Extensive views over the hills and the forest bordering onto the Arno river and which you can reach along signed and pleasant pathways and which continue along through an interesting and protected area.

Alle Wohnungen sind unabhängig, einfach eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Sie können zwei bis sechs Personen beherbergen und sind mit Kochnische, ausgestatteter Terrasse, Ofen und Gefrierschrank ausgestattet.

Das Agriturismo Il Palazzo La Spiga bietet seinen Gästen verschiedene Dienstleistungen an, darunter einen Swimmingpool (16x8) mit angeschlossenem Kinderbecken (4x4), Umkleidekabinen und Sanitäranlagen, einen antiken Holzofen für Pizzen, eine Tischtennisplatte und eine Waschmaschine. Nach vorheriger Absprache mit dem Eigentümer ist es möglich, einen geräumigen Salon mit Kamin (unmöbliert) für Gruppenveranstaltungen im Erdgeschoss zu nutzen. Mountainbikes sind erhältlich (€ 11,00/Tag/Stück).
