INGREDIENTS:
– 1 slice of ham (50 gr)
– 80 gr  gorgonzola cheese
– 1 onion
– 1 spoon of olive oil
– 250 ml of vegetable stock
– salt
– pepper
– 160 gr of pasta

PREPARATION:
– Cut the ham and gorgonzola cheese.
– Clean the onion, wash it and slice finely.
– Put in a pan the oil and the sliced ​onion.
– Add the stock, a pinch of salt, grated pepper and cook for 10 minutes.
– Add the gorgonzola, mix with the ham and finally with the pasta.
