Ingredients:
–  100 g of tuna fish
– 1 onion
– 8 black olives
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 250 ml of vegetable stock
– a pinch of salt
– 200 g of tomato sauce
– oregano

 

– 160 g of pasta
– pepper

Preparation:
– Wash the tuna fish and cut it into small cubes.
– Peel the onion and chop finely.
– Stone the olives.
– Put in a pan oil, the onion and cook few minutes.
– Add 2-3 tablespoons of stock and add a pinch of salt.
– Add the cubes of tuna, tomato sauce, oregano and olives.
– Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
– In another pot, cook the pasta in salted water.
– Serve with a sprinkling of pepper.
