Ingredients:
– 50 grams of shelled almonds
– 250 g of flour
– 1/2 bag of baking powder
– 250 g of butter
– 200 g of sugar
– 4 eggs

 

 

Preparation:
– Chop the almonds.
– In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder.
– Work the butter with the sugar, and the incorporate the butter.
– Add the eggs.
– Add the flour mixture and baking powder until you get a cream.
– Bake for 40-45 minutes in an oven preheated (170 ° C)
– Decorate with icing sugar.
