meatThe autumn feasts are a triumph of colors and fragrances that has no equal. We are in the middle of summer, but the flavors of the Italian cuisine have a charm without seasons. So today we go on a little journey through some of the upcoming events, starting from the Sausage Festival of Morlupo (province of Rome), which will be staged on 26 and 27 October, and that will be a great feast, now at its 47th edition.

For anyone who is in the province of Ferrara an  interesting event is the Festival of “Salamina da sugo”, which will take place on September 20th in Madonna Boschi. It is an entire day dedicated to one of the most important dishes of the province of Ferrara.

Going back to Lazio, for October 6 we recommend the Feast of Porchetta in Poggio Bustone (Rieti).
