OUR CUISINE. Since its origins, the typical cuisine of our restaurant, just a few minutes from Rovigo, has been renowned for the use of local, fresh ingredients typical of Polesano and Veneto culinary tradition. Among the recipes that characterize our cuisine are fresh homemade pasta, risottos prepared with IGP rice from the Po Delta, second courses with white meat from rabbit, duck, and poultry from our farm, and red meat from the best Veneto farms marked QV.
