The estate complex is characterized by the presence of the historic manor house Ca' Vendramin and the monumental garden in front of it. Near the villa there are several important rustic annexes used for farm activities (warehouses, storage for agricultural machinery and tools, workshop, etc.) and numerous rural buildings once intended as residences for the workers, located along Via del Campo. Unlike other rural complexes in Polesine, which are organized around a courtyard, in this case the settlement develops along Via del Campo, a suggestive tree-lined avenue connecting the embankment road of the Po di Goro to that of the Po di Gnocca, onto which the various buildings face, now restored and used for tourist accommodation.
