Description La Carcara

The farm-house "Carcara" is located in a green area, near a forest and about 200 meters from the town of Otranto. Its location is also convenient for traveling to all the Salento peninsula, because it is located a few meters from the major roads. The name "carcara" comes from the name of the area that results to have calcareous origins.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la Carcara nella prima settimana di agosto e dobbiamo dire che siamo stati molto bene. L'agriturismo ci è stato consigliato da amici come una struttura semplice con ottima cucina e posizione strategica per raggiungere le varie e meravigliose località balneari che ci sono nello splendido Salento. Così è stato. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella casetta in legno, semplice molto confortevole e silenziosa, la cucina è ottima sia per quanto riguarda la colazione che la cena (se siete a dieta non ci andate, si mangia e si bene a volontà), i bambini possono correre e divertirsi liberamente e senza pericoli e con la macchina potete raggiungere sia località balneari con sabbia sia bellissime scogliere. Ne vale veramente la pena. Lo consiglieremo molto volentieri. Un saluto a Gaetano, a Carmen e a tutti gli altri componenti della famiglia. Bel posto gente molto ospitale!! posto carino...gente ospitale....molto semplice. il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo....per chi ha voglia di una vacanza tranquilla in mezzo al verde degli ulivi...otranto a 2 passi paese caratteristico con tanti localini dentro le mura.
