Ingredients:
– 4 slices of turkey meat (about 300 g)
– 3 sprigs of parsley
– flour
– 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 100 ml of white wine
– salt
– 4 artichokes
– pepper

Preparation:
– Pass the turkey slices in flour.
– Put the oil in a pan and fry the garlic over high heat.
– Add the meat,the white wine, salt and let it evaporate until the meat will not be cooked.
– Add the artichokes and the parsley.
– Turn off the heat, sprinkle with a grated pepper.
