The “Fattoria il Borghetto” is situated in Capo Bianco near to Isola di Capo Rizzuto a beautiful village on the Ionic Coast. Our structure is a brand new building construction, which reminds of an ancient farmhouse, where we breed many types of animals, produce olive oil, wine and also other natural seasonal country food products. The farmhouse has a main structure and 36 bungalows. In the main structure there is an elgant and large lobby lounge and upstairs there are 8 classic style bedrooms different from each others: 3 Junior Suites with two bathrooms for each room, 2 Deluxe rooms and three Superior rooms. The 36 bungalows or cottages have their own private veranda. They are all equipped with bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, mini bar, TV and a safe deposit box. Close to the bungalows there is our restaurant, which faces the swimming pool provided with sun umbrellas, sunbeds and a bar. The restaurant has an indoor dining room with air-conditioning and a large outdoor veranda where it is possible to have breakfast, lunch or dinner right in front of the swimming pool. Every day our chef makes different typical dishes of our region using fresh local fish and meats. The “Fattoria il Borghetto” is also the perfect place for wedding receptions or special business occasions. A large parking lot is available for our guests. At about 400 metres close to us there is a wonderful beach with sand and rocks. The beach is part of the Natural Marine Reserve and next to it there is an area with sun umbrellas and sunbeds. Near our Hotel it is also possible to rent boats and dive.
The facility encompasses 44 rooms, all carefully designed in detail and perfectly contextualized to ensure our guests a comfortable stay. In particular, the main building houses, on the upper floor, eight classically styled rooms, each unique and finely appointed, including: three Junior Suites arranged over two levels with two bathrooms and a hydromassage shower, two Deluxe rooms and three Superior rooms. The remaining rooms are distributed among 36 villas, all featuring exclusive verandas and equipped with air conditioning, minibar, telephone, TV, safe, hairdryer and amenities, arranged to create two charming piazzas.
