Agriturismo San Giorgio is located in the territory of the Cilento National Park, a Unesco heritage site. Located in the municipality of Casal Velino on a hill 5 km from the sea, it has a strategic position that allows you to visit the most important places of historical, cultural and tourist interest in Cilento. The agritourism is a small rural hamlet consisting of a manor house built on an old oil mill and a group of buildings once agricultural and now converted for tourist accommodation. From our farm, you can set out on excursions along the Cilento coast, where you'll discover the ancient temples of Paestum, Palinuro with its enchanting caves, or wander through the historic acropolis of Velia (Elea), home to the great philosophers of the Eleatic school such as Parmenides, Zeno and Melissus. Venturing inland, you can explore ancient sites of considerable historical and cultural interest, including the Certosa di Padula, and the caves of Castelcivita and Pertosa.
