The agriturismo Il Borghetto was born in the heart of the Sele plain, surrounded by the colors of an unspoiled nature, the charm of the archaeological remains of Paestum, the enveloping sea breeze and the genuineness of a gastronomy with ancient flavors. Thanks to its highly favorable geographical position, it is possible to combine the relaxation of a seaside and countryside holiday with visits to the most beautiful places in Campania. Among the possible excursions: Paestum, Salerno, Naples, Amalfi, Positano, Pompeii, the Vesuvius park, Sorrento, Capri, Ischia, Caserta and Padula. The business complex consists of large recently renovated halls decorated with taste and elegance to host your events, and comfortable and private rooms for your stays. Surrounding these facilities are 15,000 square meters of gardens dominated by centuries-old olive trees and a swimming pool where guests can cool off on hot summer days. Around the agriturismo, our agricultural activity takes place, covering 15 hectares and 6,000 olive trees for the production of quality olive oil and table olives with an intense aroma. Exclusively for our clientele, we also dedicate ourselves to the production of vegetables and fruit, whose genuineness is further guaranteed and made possible by the limited production. Our commitment to enhancing the typicality of our products is constantly accompanied by respect for the environment, through the use of a solar system for domestic hot water and soon a photovoltaic system for electricity, and by respect for civil rights, through the use of products such as coffee, tea, sugar, cocoa and flavorings sourced from fair trade. The restaurant of our establishment is reserved exclusively for guests staying in our accommodations and for groups with a reservation. This choice was made in order to guarantee our customers the genuineness of the vegetables and fruit we produce and a preparation as close as possible to the ancient Campanian tradition. Friendliness, hospitality and the possibility of arranging the menus to be served together give our restaurant a familiar and peaceful atmosphere. We have 8 large double rooms with the possibility of adding 1 or 2 extra beds. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, television, air conditioning and minibar. One of these rooms is set up to accommodate disabled guests. Upon request, there is also the possibility of staying in a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette.
