It all began in 1935 when the farmer Antonino Pollio took over the land that the friars cultivated for the production of wine, oil, rosòlio and then abandoned. A land to which he particularly cared, a land where he had worked for years and had been able to lea all the cultivation techniques. The tradition continued with the nephew Giuseppe and the family, giving rise to the Agriturismo Il Convento.
