Le Magnolie occupies an ancient restored farmhouse complex in Calderara di Reno, just minutes from Bologna. Seven rooms, each with a different name — Gerbera, Orizzonte Blu, Orchidea, Ninfea, Margherita, Giardino Segreto, Campo di Grano — ranging from single to triple and double beds. The owners prepare breakfast every morning: homemade cakes, freshly baked bread, jams, biscuits, fruit tarts made from family recipes. In summer, breakfast is served on the veranda, with views over the garden.
The garden is spacious and private, with a summer swimming pool, sunbathing area and a children's play space. Bicycles are free to use, as is Wi-Fi throughout the property: you can use them to reach the bends of the Reno river or the WWF Golena San Vitale oasis, just a few minutes' pedaling away.
The location is also convenient for business travelers: the ring road and motorway are nearby, Marconi airport is just minutes away, and the surrounding area includes the Bologna Fair, Centergross and the Unipol Arena in Casalecchio di Reno.
