At Cogolonchio, a hamlet of Fidenza, the agriturismo Alba del Borgo cultivates certified organic land and follows the principles of biodynamic agriculture. It is reserved for adults only. The rooms, varying in style and size, feature heating, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and private bathrooms with complimentary amenities; linens are washed and ironed in-house. The heated indoor swimming pool, complete with hydromassage, Turkish bath and Finnish sauna, is reserved for guests over 18. In the dining room or outdoors, with views over the hills, the restaurant serves traditional dishes prepared with organic products from the fields, following family recipes. The harvests are processed in an internal laboratory, from cultivation to finished product. The property also hosts weddings, private celebrations and corporate events.
