La barricaia consente la produzione d’eccellenza, 400 olivi forniscono un ottimo olio extravergine che esalta il sapore dei nostri piatti. Gli orti, il frutteto, l’impianto di lamponi e piccoli frutti soddisfano l’esigenze della nostra cucina e sono alla base delle nostre composte e marmellate. Gli animali da cortile completano la produzione aziendale. The farmhouse offers a creative cuisine, where very old recipes have been revised and where each dish is enriched with local herbs. Just to make your mouth water: Old-style patty-cake, delicacy with courgette flowers, Tortelli with borage, crepes with water-grass, Tagliatelle with Ragout, Piggy with wild apples, and Rabbit with officinal herbs or pot-marigold ice-cream. I Muretti guarantee a relaxing vacation, where its green hills are perfect to go walking, mountain bike riding or horseback riding (a riding stable is in the neighbourhood). Nearby there are historical castles, where visitors may take a look into the past. While the caves of Onferno are only few kilometres away and offer an incredible naturalistic experience.
