We have seven rooms of various types. Two are suitable for a double bed that can be used as singles if necessary, two others have space to add a bed and finally three larger rooms that in addition to the double bed have a sofa that sleeps two. All of them have an entrance, an independent bathroom and the possibility of enjoying a panorama that sweeps as far as the ridge of the Apennines separating Marche from Umbria, Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. The heating in the rooms is of the underfloor type and, after a few years spent perfecting this technique, now offers a very comfortable climate. Both the restaurant inside the farmhouse, of which we have historical traces dating back to the 1600s, and the building housing the rooms have been renovated with a conservative renovation and green building criteria.
