The restaurant at Farm-house Ca' Maddalena

In our small restaurant, we serve the dishes that have always distinguished the cuisine of our territory. Starting with fresh pasta rigorously made by us, which during the beautiful season we pair with lighter dishes using artisanal and locally produced dry pasta. We cannot fail to mention our meat specialties on the grill, among which stands out the wonderful vitellone steak, but also more particular proposals of ancient origin such as fegatelli di maiale strictly wrapped in "retina" with bay leaf. We produce cold cuts with pigs born and raised in our company exclusively for our restaurant. We are in one of the most important areas in Italy and consequently in the world for the collection of the precious "Tartufo Bianco Pregiato", which, if the season is generous, in autumn distinctly characterizes our proposals. For cheese lovers we have an interesting selection of pecorini, among which stands out the famous Formaggio di Fossa.
