L’agritursimo Freelandia is located within the community of Montescudo and is immersed in the beautiful green colors of the countryside (376 meters above sea level) in the Conca Valley with a spectacular view of the Romagna Riviera which is only eighteen kilometers away. Freelandia is the ideal place to start off in order to discover some of the most fascinating and interesting parts of Italy. By traveling splendid panoramic roads within a range of 30 kilometers you can visit the ancient Republic of San Marino, San Leo, Santarcangelo, the Onferno caves, the Albereto Castle and many other villages in the communities of this rich land. The principal structure offers two warm and welcoming inner halls where you can find the fragrances and flavors of a simple kitchen that holds onto the traditions and memories from the past, a spacious windowed veranda with a view of a park where business meetings, conventions and weddings can be held.

“La valle dei Caprioli” (The Valley of Roe Deer), a tourist village in direct contact with mother nature, composed of 8 bungalows constructed with ecological wood that appears on a splendid valley typical of the inner zone of the Romagna Riviera where the countryside is still mainly agricultural with hills entirely cultivated, a few rural homes here and there and small villages that still maintain their antique structure. The bungalows are entirely made of ecological wood from the nature that surrounds them. The complex exists in a 10,000 square meter park where a stream flows within and its soothing sounds provide for an even more relaxing vacation. Each ambient provides private services, air conditioning, heating, refrigerator bar and a plasma tv. The 30 square meter rooms offer the option of having 3 or 4 beds in separated rooms or a corner kitchen with a day section and a night section. It is also possible to have adjoining rooms.
