At Torsivì the agricultural business was founded in 2017: a family raised in the plains returns to their grandfather's land. The old house, renovated and completed in June 2022, has five rooms: one on the ground floor with a view of the meadow and breakfast room, the other four on the first floor with terrace and play area for children. Solar panels and photovoltaic systems cover the structure's energy needs.

On 1.5 hectares, olives are cultivated and pressed fresh daily for oil, along with a vegetable garden growing potatoes, tomatoes, zucchini, beans, and squash. Since 2020, a fruit orchard has also flourished with peaches, apricots, plums, and cherries. In the courtyard live two donkeys, Vispa and Tilde, and thirty hens. The honey is wildflower.

From here, trails lead up towards the Alta via dei Monti Liguri; Sestri Levante is twenty minutes by car away.
