Welcoming farmhouse located just 5 km from Alassio, 6 km from Albenga, and 8 km from Laigueglia, immersed in the tranquil Ligurian countryside, perfect for those seeking a relaxing holiday just a few steps from the sea.
The property offers three one-bedroom apartments, one of which is accessible for people with reduced mobility, and four two-bedroom apartments, all equipped with free internet and Wi-Fi connection. Guests can also take advantage of a common area with a PC and a 32-inch TV, a laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer, a relaxation area, and a large free parking space within the property.
For a comfortable and worry-free stay, our farmhouse is the ideal choice for families, couples, and groups of friends who wish to discover the beauty of the Ligurian Riviera in a welcoming and well-equipped environment.
For the period from August 31 to September 14, the price for a two-bedroom apartment for a week is €490, while for a one-bedroom apartment it is €450. A 10% discount applies to the second booked week, and for those celebrating a birthday in September or October, an additional 2% discount is applied to the second week.
From September 13 until the end of October, the cost for a one-bedroom apartment per week is €360, while a weekend stay from Friday to Sunday costs €188 in total. Furthermore, pets are welcome free of charge.
