The property consists of eight apartments: seven one-bedroom apartments and one studio, with a maximum capacity of five people per unit. The one-bedroom apartments feature a living room with a kitchenette, one or two sofa beds, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a small equipped garden. The studio consists of a single space with a double bed and a kitchenette, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and a private garden.

A relaxation area has recently been created, where guests can enjoy the sun on deck chairs, relax in the shade of a pergola, or share pleasant moments in good company. A barbecue is available for grilling delicious meals and dining outdoors at a large wooden table.

The apartments are independent, equipped with heating, television, and private parking. On-site, guests can purchase farm products, including DOP extra virgin olive oil, fresh fruit, and seasonal vegetables.
