TORRAZZETTA, first farmstay in the province of Pavia (from 1984) is situated on the foothills of Oltrepo pavese. It is housed in an old farmhouse renovated in accordance with its ancient origins, and equipped with mode comforts. Despite being surrounded by nature in the countryside, it is easy to reach because a few kilometers from the main roads (A7, A21), thus becoming an ideal base fo ature and cultural tours. All the environment, peaceful and relaxing, is ideal for a holiday, for business meetings, banquet and ceremonies. the cooking deserves a particular mention (reported on best food and wine guides), based on authentic flavors and traditional recipes reinterpreted with a pinch of creativity and characterized by the use of whole wheat flour, hand made bread and pasta dishes. The foods offered are made with organic products mainly of the farm production and are coupled with fine wines and champagne (white, red and rosé) from organic farming produced by the farm cellars. The property has big outdoor and refined rustic indoors, an outdoor infinity pool, a restaurant with large rooms for every need, 29 rooms (all with bathrooms and air conditioning) and rooms equipped for meetings and courses. Among the common areas, equipped with wireless, we find an internet point, a music room with piano and guitar for the customers, a reading room, a cafe-bar area and table tennis. Flanked on the wine production cellar was carried out "the cellar of the pilgrim," a beautiful space created from the staves of the barrels, where breakfast and coffee breaks are served and where you can taste and buy directly farm products . Torrazzetta has been operating for over twenty years in the catering sector. The structure, divided into several and spacious rooms, is suitable for every kind of event: from a normal lunch or dinner to banquets and ceremonies, as well as work lunches. During the week you can have lunch and dinner a la carte, choosing among the proposals in the menu of the day, usually recited to you by the waiters of the farmstay, while on Saturday evening and Sunday lunch, you can take advantage of the tasting menu, which includes an overview of the typical dishes of the farm and lets you taste the wines included in the price and produced in their cellars. It 'also always possible to agree a customized menu to match your personal preferences, by contacting the farmstay, for groups of any size. The restaurant is open for room guests as well as for external guests. Reservation is recommended.
