TORRAZZETTA, first farmstay in the province of Pavia (from 1984) is situated on the foothills of Oltrepo pavese. It is housed in an old farmhouse renovated in accordance with its ancient origins, and equipped with mode comforts. Despite being surrounded by nature in the countryside, it is easy to reach because a few kilometers from the main roads (A7, A21), thus becoming an ideal base fo ature and cultural tours. All the environment, peaceful and relaxing, is ideal for a holiday, for business meetings, banquet and ceremonies. the cooking deserves a particular mention (reported on best food and wine guides), based on authentic flavors and traditional recipes reinterpreted with a pinch of creativity and characterized by the use of whole wheat flour, hand made bread and pasta dishes. The foods offered are made with organic products mainly of the farm production and are coupled with fine wines and champagne (white, red and rosé) from organic farming produced by the farm cellars. The property has big outdoor and refined rustic indoors, an outdoor infinity pool, a restaurant with large rooms for every need, 29 rooms (all with bathrooms and air conditioning) and rooms equipped for meetings and courses. Among the common areas, equipped with wireless, we find an internet point, a music room with piano and guitar for the customers, a reading room, a cafe-bar area and table tennis. Flanked on the wine production cellar was carried out "the cellar of the pilgrim," a beautiful space created from the staves of the barrels, where breakfast and coffee breaks are served and where you can taste and buy directly farm products. Outside, beyond the vineyards that surround the farmstay, several gardens, a space with different types of animals to the delight of adults and children, a swimming pool surrounded by greenery, and ample parking.

The rooms of the structure, all created from the spaces of the agricultural enterprise and renovated while respecting the original layout, evoke rural life in their names. We thus find the POZZO and MULINO rooms, standard rooms equipped with services, LED television, hairdryer and heating and air conditioning; the FIENILE rooms (family suites) composed of two sleeping areas both equipped with all the optional features of standard rooms, which share services between them. In addition to these we have the CANTINA rooms, built above the wine production cellar, which include a small living area on the ground floor and a double bed on the mezzanine, as well as double bathrooms.

Among the common areas, equipped with wireless connection, you'll find an internet point, a music room with piano and guitar available to guests, a reading room, a bar-café area and ping-pong tables. Adjacent to the wine production cellar, 'la cantina del pellegrino' has been created, a beautiful space built with barrel staves, where breakfast and coffee breaks are enjoyed and where you can taste and purchase company products directly. Outside, besides the vineyards surrounding the property, there are various gardens, an area with different types of animals for the joy of adults and children, a swimming pool immersed in greenery, tennis and football courts, and ample parking.

Torrazzetta is a few kilometers away from the places of the Pavia region that were under Habsburg occupation: Pavia, provincial capital, ancient capital of the Lombard kingdom, keeps its cultural wealth alive in the art and architecture that adorn the streets of the historic center. Easily accessible are the Certosa of Pavia erected starting from 1396 at the will of Gian Galeazzo Visconti, the city of Vigevano with its Piazza Ducale (1492, designed by Bramante) and the historical-artistic reality of the Lomellina valley.
