My entrepreneurial experience in the metropolis transformed my passion for international hotel hospitality into 'home' hospitality. I have divided my home creating two small houses for guests, each with its own independent entrance from the garden, allowing a couple, a family, or a group of friends to have their own 'little house'. Each morning, if desired, I provide plenty of information to organize your day discovering hidden corners and small trattorias. The remote control for entry/exit and the avenue lights allow total freedom and autonomy to enjoy the house, so you can meet me if you wish or feel like the master of your own home.

There are 2 solutions: the ARTEMISIA house (2/7 guests) with access from its veranda and small private garden with Jacuzzi (exclusive use), table and armchairs for outdoor dining and enjoying the greenery, living room (with sofa bed) with kitchenette, ideal for staying with friends. On the 1st floor the double bedroom (with possible 3rd bed) and twin bedroom, bathroom. The TORRETTA house (2/5 people) with access from the garden, fireplace room with refreshment corner, double bedroom with terrace (exclusive use, 30sqm solarium and jacuzzi) and possible addition of a third bed, large bathroom and on the second floor the second double bedroom, the romantic Mansard. The two 'houses' can be connected for a single family/group of friends accommodating up to 12 people. You will find the house well illustrated with the various solutions among the published photos.

It is possible to request MAPS OF WALKING OR BIKING ROUTES (BiodiVersa). Organize breakfast/lunch/dinner independently (locations will be suggested, including farms, where you can purchase typical products and ready-made dishes directly, or with delivery, through agreements with trattorias and restaurants) consuming them both indoors and outdoors, in your exclusive spaces (such as the veranda and terrace) or under the gazebo on the panoramic lawn. ITINERARIES TO MEDIEVAL VILLAGES, CASTLES, AND FARMS for direct purchases are also available. If you wish to experience an excursion through the woods and hills/Apennines, a calendar with organized itineraries is available to join or request by contacting the naturalist guide, friend of the torretta di sotto.
