Ten hectares cultivated organically: hazelnuts, vegetables, cereals and forage crops that also nourish Stella, the family horse. The grain is milled to make flour for bread and fresh pasta; wheat is also used to produce a weizen beer. The kitchen specializes in Piacenza dishes: chisolini, aged cured meats, hand-made tortelli, pissarei and fasò.

The restaurant opens for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday. The rooms are rustic and simple. For those arriving in camper or caravan, there are pitches in green spaces with all services, open every day (it's best to call ahead). The shop sells fresh vegetables and tomato preserves. The property is part of the Agricycle club, with bikes for rent to explore the area between plains and hills, just a stone's throw from Trebbia Park.
