"Our house is your house" The structure in its simplicity reflects our spirit of sharing and conviviality, a treasure for us to preserve and protect. Here with us everyone eats together and there is no better moment to get to know each other among people who carry their own life stories with them. We are in the Pavese Apennines at the foothills of Monte Lesima, at 1,200 meters altitude on the ancient Via del Sale (Salt Road) once traveled by merchants and pilgrims for the trade (and smuggling!) of this precious commodity. In this land the regions of Lombardy, Piedmont, Emilia Romagna and Liguria embrace each other and traditions, cultures, and dialects inevitably blend together.
