Territory cuisine, seasonal and authentic. At Ristorante Cacecchino we bring to the table what we know well: local ingredients, traditional recipes revisited with lightness and careful cooking. Bread, fresh pasta and desserts are homemade; vegetables and herbs come from our vegetable garden when available, meats and cheeses from selected small producers. Our offerings Antipasti: selection of cured meats and cheeses from the region, marinated vegetables, seasonal tartlet, warm crostini. First courses: hand-rolled fresh pasta, rustic soups, risottos finished with produce from the garden. Second courses: slow-cooked meats, grilled dishes, daily specials based on market availability; in season game and typical specialties. Desserts: fruit tarts, soft cakes, spoon desserts, artisanal gelatos and sorbets. Tasting menu and à la carte We offer a fixed-price tasting menu that changes with the seasons, as well as an à la carte menu. Children's menus and half portions available.
