It was composed by the big manor, the house of sharecroppers, the stable and the ba It has been wisely restructured for giving the comfort of a relaxing holiday in the countryside. Just 15 minutes from Alba, La Corte di Langa offers different possibilities of accommodations: Apartments, studios, Rooms and a suite. La Corte di Langa has a large parking area, green area for kids, an open swimming pool (using in summer), a little sauna and a fitness room. In the inferior courtyard there is a “crutin” a little natural cave, where people in the past keeped food. The cooking workshop is a space in which you can learn, experimenting with your own hands, the necessary skills to be able to independently carry out some traditional recipes of the Langhe. It 'a simple context for a small group of people, who have a common passion for cooking and for the desire to get involved. Everyone will receive the recipes (translated on English, German and Portuguese) of dishes made together. The cooking workshops will be in English language(and with gestures!!!!)
