HI! We are Antonio, Daniela and Marilena. Our human family is enlarged by all our animals that are part of it: cows, sheep, hens, dogs, cats, bees, chickens, pigs, rabbits and…who knows how many more will come... We decided to build a place where our daughter Marilena has the opportunity to grow up relating and dealing with Nature, experiencing it to the fullest. But we thought it would be nice to give the possibility to live this experience to anyone who wanted it. Our farm was bothis way.
We are an organic agriturismo located in Alghero, welcoming our guests in rooms immersed in a natural oasis. At Fattoria La Traccia, you can choose to stay while enjoying a breakfast made with the products of our land or fully immerse yourself in our farm life by visiting the farm and participating in various activities. Everything we offer to our guests comes from our garden, our animals, and our own production. For this reason, we welcome only a few visitors at a time and do not provide mass catering services. We wanted to express our poetic and romantic vision of agriturismo: "a place where you can eat genuine food, learn how to produce your own food, and take the time to reconnect with nature." The Farmhouse's three rooms are uniquely furnished and designed to create cosy, relaxing and comfortable environments for our guests. They are called Sun, Wind and Earth, which are the elements we wanted to honour as they characterise the farm. Our structure is located in a strategic position as we are about 3km from the airport, in a natural area and preserved from the chaos of the city of Alghero, which is only 6km from us. The area in which we are located is called Fertilia, and is a small fraction of Alghero, the nearest sea or rather the coast is only 3km, from there you can visit the most beautiful beaches in the area in terms of nature and landscape. We are very close to Palmavera, a nuragic site, and to different trekking routes. Our position is also perfect for those who want to stretch out a little further and visit the whole north-eastern area of Sardinia, touring Sassari, Porto Torres and the beautiful Stintino without too much difficulty. In addition, from Alghero you can visit various museums and take advantage of organised tours. Around us you can enjoy various experiences and adventures, you can ride at sunset on the beach, go diving, climb the beautiful rocks of Capo Caccia, go on boat trips, use the Go Kart, and much more.
