The Farm AgriPaules officially opened in 2002. Tile pastoral farming have for years carried the owners. The passion for the cuisine, the love for the traditions Dorgalesi and attachment to the Terra Sarda are the elements that push Billia and Maddalena to accommodate guests in a quiet family atmosphere. For AgriPaules are bred mainly sheep and cows, whose milk processing leads to produce cheeses that are served on the table and that are the basis of various dishes. There is no shortage horses, pigs, donkeys, chickens, geese! Agriturismo AgriPaules officially opened in 2002, complementing the pastoral farming activity that the owners have been carrying out for years. A passion for traditional cuisine, a love for Dorgali’s heritage, and a deep connection to the Sardinian land are what drive Billia and Maddalena to welcome guests into a peaceful and family-friendly environment. At AgriPaules, sheep and cows are primarily raised, and their milk is used to produce the cheeses served at the table, forming the foundation of many dishes.
