The restaurant at Farm-house Domus De Goene

The kitchen of our farm uses above all materials coming from the farm. Most of these products are processed during the year to get various seasonings and then be offered to our customers. We have chosen and we make a kitchen at KM 0 "From production to table" with products of own production including vegetables grown in our garden a few meters from the kitchen, meats, cheeses, pasta, bread, jams, biscuits, the pies and pies we offer for breakfast. We offer our typical appetizers, made with seasonal vegetables prepared in every way, salami of various kinds (such as ham, salami, bacon or "grandula") olives, various types of sirloin, "Coccoi prena" a typical pie of Ogliastra that preserves all the fresh taste of mint in the soft filling of potatoes, "casu agedu" a fresh cheese with a sour taste that is produced throughout the year with sheep or goat's milk. Then we bring to the table the "maloreddus" and "culurgiones" a filling of potatoes, cheese and mint strictly hand-closed, all typical products of Ogliastrina cuisine. You can not miss the roast suckling pig, or the roast and stewed lamb and sheep meat and others. Everything is accompanied with our Cannonau wine. All this can not end with our sweets from the "sebadas" to the formaggelle and many other dry desserts. All washed down by the prince of Sardinian wines, the cannonau. And to finish the digestive meal of company production (myrtle, brandy, limoncello).
