At Al Mulinu Betzu we eat what the earth and the seasons give us. The restaurant offers dishes from Sardinian cuisine, prepared with products from the farm and the surrounding territory. We don't seek complications: what you find on the table reflects local tradition, made of genuine ingredients processed as they should be. It is a space open also to those who do not stay at the agriturismo, where the atmosphere remains the one that characterizes the structure: peaceful and authentic. Here food is not spectacle, it is simply what is part of this land.
