Atmosphere and taste! Our restaurant is open only for our Guests. All our dishes are cooked on the basis of ancient Sicilian family recipes. In the past, every aristocratic Family had a French chef called “Monsù”, from the French word “Monsieur”, who cooked for their lords using foodstuffs by the warm land of Sicily mindful to the great Greek, Roman, Arab, Jewish, Norman and Spanish culinary traditions. To cook our dishes we use foodstuffs we produce or produced by local farms. The menu

Meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan alternatives are offered. The youngest can rely on healthy dishes specifically designed for them.
Guests can dine in the garden among the vegetable gardens, by the poolside under century-old citrus trees, or inside the historic eighteenth-century Palmento. It is possible, upon request, to organize private dinners in the room or in the more intimate spaces of the estate.
