We believe in an agriculture capable of exploiting the natural fertility of the earth without resorting to chemical 'tricks'. We believe in an agriculture capable of promoting the biodiversity of its environment. We believe in genuine products, not genetically modified ones. Our farm operates in Val di Gresta, known as the valley of organic vegetable gardens; a corner of Trentino where the farming tradition still holds great importance. On our land we grow potatoes, the most renowned product of this valley. But also pumpkins, onions, celery, carrots, leeks, tomatoes, cabbage... and much more. We transform all these fruits into healthy and genuine products that make up our organic product line, such as creams, mustards, hearts of... and more!
