The position is ideal to reach the most important art cities like Florence (at 42 km), Siena (58 km), Pisa (55 km), Volterra (34 km) and San Gimignano (30 km) and also particularly interesting places like the marshy area of Fucecchio and the Sibolla lake. We have many and beautiful places to discover, for example Certaldo, the small town where Boccaccio has been born, that is also a beautiful medieval village (10Km); San Gimignano that is famous all over the world for its wonderful towers (25Km); San Miniato, another medieval village, that is famous for the "White Truffle". Every year in San Miniato, in the November month, for the duration of three weeks, there is a big market fair of the "Tuber" (8Km).
