The property is immersed in the green and peaceful natural park of the Monte Pausillo, at an altitude of about 600m and in the middle of a beautiful Mediterranean wood composed of holm oak, juniper, CASTAGNI, oak and populated by wild boars, hares, pheasants, and various birds of pray frequently sighted in the surrounding area. The place is ideal for a relaxing holiday and perfect start point for walks and mountain bike excursions.Easily reachable are the two pine forests that are part of the property and from which the view extends from Tuscany and the Chiusi lake, to the whole of the Trasimeno valley and part of the Nestore valley with Perugia in the background.Available for the guests are a swimming pool,library,a farm shop where locally produced products can be purchased,mountain bikes,table tennis and play area for children.

| ottima la posizione,l'accoglienza di manuela e famiglia,molto carino l'appartamento.La struttura è molto ben posizionata tra Umbria e Toscana ci ha permesso di visitare splendidi borghi. Che dire poi delle marmellate offerte da Manuela per la colazione? squisite. Abbiamo potuto anche assistere alla raccola delle olive e all'assaggio dell'olio appena riportato del frantoio e siamo partiti con una provvista anche per gli amici, troppo buono! torneremo sicuramente (Excellent) | |
