The property is immersed in the green and peaceful natural park of the Monte Pausillo, at an altitude of about 600m and in the middle of a beautiful Mediterranean wood composed of holm oak, juniper, CASTAGNI, oak and populated by wild boars, hares, pheasants, and various birds of pray frequently sighted in the surrounding area. The place is ideal for a relaxing holiday and perfect start point for walks and mountain bike excursions. Easily reachable are the two pine forests that are part of the property and from which the view extends from Tuscany and the Chiusi lake, to the whole of the Trasimeno valley and part of the Nestore valley with Perugia in the background. Available for the guests are a swimming pool, library, a farm shop where locally produced products can be purchased, mountain bikes, table tennis and play area for children.
The Pausillo agriturismo is located in Umbria, in the Natural Park on the homonymous hill overlooking Lake Trasimeno, near the border with Tuscany. The territory is part of the municipality of Paciano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and Italy's ideal village. The structure consists of two farmhouses. Il Pausillo with the apartments Loggetta, Belvedere and Il Fienile, and La Casina Rosa with Il Lavanda, L'Alloro and Il Salvia. They are approximately 900 meters apart from each other. Far from the noise and traffic of the city, they are the ideal place to relax from daily stress. Both farmhouses are equipped with a swimming pool with a splendid view of Lake Trasimeno and the entire valley. They are ideal for refreshing and rejuvenating on hot summer days in the solarium space with deck chairs, sunbeds and umbrellas available to guests. The area is ideal for walks and excursions in nature on foot, on horseback, by Mountain bike or Ecobike (electric-assisted bicycles).
