Agriturismo Pugnano Alto is a family-run establishment. You will be welcomed by Monica and Giovanni. Monica will greet you at check-in, ensuring you feel comfortable in the property. Giovanni, in his free time away from work, takes care of the grounds and swimming pool. The property once belonged to the Church and was purchased in the 1990s by Ezio and Emilia Zampi. At the end of the 1990s, the family decided to restore and renovate the farmhouse. The project was ambitious and involved a series of large-scale interventions: the cultivation of abandoned land, the restoration of the olive grove, and the complete renovation of the dilapidated structure. All restoration work was carried out with respect for the pre-existing structure and in keeping with Umbrian architectural tradition.
The farmhouse offers charming guest accommodation in a beautifully converted stone farmhouse, on a hill overlooking the peaceful umbrian countryside. Ideal place where to enjoy the natural rhythms of life in the country. within the walls of this old and meticulously restored farmhouse, six apartments have been created, all in traditional country style.
