The agritourism began as a natural extension of the farm. Deliberately, if possible, every ingredient, vegetable or cut of meat comes from our gardens and farms, which are kept under a sustainable farming regime. Where we don't come from, a network created with the best farms in the area guarantees quality to present each season in our dishes.
